Anna took great care of my trip to Las Vegas. She was very detail oriented and made sure to make the best recommendations so that I could have a fun, affordable trip out to the desert! Just got back from a 7 day Carnival Sunshine Cruise. I trully recommend Anna Conway. From start to finish she helped make this trip a lifetime to remember. Some of the guests had not been on a cruise. Anna made it easy to reach her by phone or email. We had family and friends from California, Chicago & Florida, 18 of us all told. She took care of the tickets and the insurance. If you had questions she would get back to you within 24 hrs. Anna Conway with Cruise Planners booked our Alaska trip in August and our New York trip this past week. She saved us a lot a money, gave us her expertise in planning the best activities for us but most importantly, she helped us while on each trip through some difficult times. Our flight from Tampa to New York was cancelled while we were sitting on the plane. As we were made to leave the plane, I texted her what was happening to us. She was on the phone immediately with Delta rebooking our flight, contacting the Limo company who was picking us up in New York, and making sure everything went smoothly for us to get to our hotel. She even texted me on Christmas to make sure everything was o.k. On Christmas! I've never experienced such a wonderful Travel Professional in all my life! I would highly recommend her to everyone I know. She will save you money, get you any trip you want, and constantly be available to help you during the whole trip.
